Single-family development definition

Single-family development means the development of a single-family residence permanently installed and served with utilities on a lot of record.
Single-family development means a residential development of single detached or semi-detached units, a duplex or townhome or small residential buildings where each dwelling unit fronts a Public Road, Private Road or rear laneway allowing for Curbside Collection Service.
Single-family development means a housing development with one to four dwelling units that does not meet the definition of “project” as defined in the Hotel and Multiple Dwelling Unit Law (N.J.S.A. 55:13A-1 through 13A-31).
