Single-A Rating definition

Single-A Rating has the meaning specified in Section 301.
Single-A Rating will occur if as of the last day of the then current Six-Month Interest Period:
Single-A Rating means a rating with the designation of A or higher, has been assigned to the Bonds by either one or both of Standard & Poor's or Moody's.

Examples of Single-A Rating in a sentence

  • In the event that the annual interest rate on the Notes increases due to one or more downgrades, the rate will revert to the initial interest rate beginning on the first day of any Six-Month Interest Period if as of such day the Notes have a Single-A Rating (as defined below), and it will revert to 0.25% over the initial interest rate beginning on the first day of any Six-Month Interest Period if as of such day the Notes have been upgraded from a Non-IG Rating to a Triple-B Rating.

  • In the event that the annual interest rate on the Notes increases due to one or more downgrades, the rate will revert to the initial interest rate beginning on the first day of any Six-Month Interest Period if as of such day the notes have a Single-A Rating (as defined below), and it will revert to 0.25% over the initial interest rate beginning on the first day of any Six-Month Interest Period if as of such day the notes have been upgraded from a Non-IG Rating to a Triple-B Rating.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • M▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Moody’s means ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.
