Simultaneous Settlement definition
Simultaneous Settlement means the linking of Electronic Workspaces with Financial Settlement scheduled to occur at the same time and on the conditions set out in the Service Charter.

ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);
Combination Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).
