Simultaneous Fault definition
Simultaneous Fault means a second or subsequent Fault occurring on any Covered System(s) where both the first and subsequent such Fault are located in the normal operating area of any one Cable Ship while that Cable Ship is engaged in any phase of the repair of the first Fault.
