Simple Transfer definition
Simple Transfer means the transfer, relocation, or alteration of any Attachment on an existing Pole or onto a new Pole that does not require cutting or splicing of the Attachment or relocation of an existing wireless attachment and is not reasonably expected to lead to a service outage or facility damage.
