Simple Subdivision definition
Simple Subdivision means a minor subdivision where there is three (3) lots or less and complies in all other ways with the requirements of a minor subdivision.
Simple Subdivision means the division of one (1) parcel into two (2) parcels, both of which are at least ten (10) acres in size and not part of a previously platted subdivision. A simple subdivision must provide for an adequate public record of the division, in a less complicated process than a minor or major subdivision.
Simple Subdivision means a division of one unit of land into one or two lots, each smaller than 35 acres, per the Subdivision Regulations for Big Horn County.
