Simple Resolution definition

Simple Resolution means a Resolution requiring greater than one-half (1/2) of votes in favour.
Simple Resolution means Simple Majority where more than 50% of votes cast by members present at a meeting in favour of a decision.
Simple Resolution means a resolution adopted by simple majority of the votes cast.

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.
