You must not establish, install or use a gateway device, application or SIM box (including devices tethered via cable, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, to a computer or the internet) for the purposes of making large volumes of calls or sending large volumes of texts.
To prevent fraud, Proximus reserves the right to limit the service or suspend and/or terminate the contract if the monthly usage of the service is regularly 10 times (or more) greater than the average usage of all users of the unlimited offer or in case of abnormal use of the mobile telephony service, for example if the phone is used as a baby monitoring phone, the service is used for call center or SIM box purposes or the service is made available to third parties.
Only in the case of fraud (such as: commercial use of the contract, particularly for call center or SIM box purposes, and/or allowing use by third parties), dishonest use or, more generally, use that does not accord with use that may reasonably be expected from a Client that has taken out a certain Subscription (for instance use of the mobile telephone as a baby alarm) is there deemed to be use that is not normal.
The Originating Party will not, whether directly or indirectly through a third party, route or re-route the services to the Receiving Party’s System: on, from or to a GSM Gateway, commonly known as a SIM box; using any other device or technology to forward or divert Services with the intention of reducing the Receiving Party Charges for that Call/Services.
BORROWER is prohibited to, including but not limited to, use the Subscriptions (i) for any commercial purposes, (ii) for non-commercial use lying beyond the purpose of this Agreement such as the lending of the Subscriptions to third parties, (iii) for (mis)use by means of a SIM box or similar devices or processes to the same effect, and without regard to whether the Subscriptions are included in any of BORROWER’s equipment, products or services.

The Originator or Originating Caller is not the PBX, GSM Gateway, SIM box or the like and “origination” is not and does not include “re-origination”, or call forwarding scenarios.
