  • JDS Silver has disclosed to Purchaser the nature and substance of any material written or, to the knowledge of JDS Silver, verbal communications, negotiations or consultation with any First Nations that have taken place with respect to the Silvertip Project within the three (3) years prior to the Effective Time.
