SIIL means ‘Système d’indemnisation des investisseurs au Luxembourg’ – the SIIL has taken over the functions carried out in the past by the AGDL (‘Association pour la Garantie des Dépôts Luxembourg’) in the field of investor compensation.   • The cost and expense of a Remedial Action arising from the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of the Product in the Field in the Licensed Territory shall be borne solely by SIIL.

  • SIIL and its Affiliates shall not use the name of “Massachusetts Institute of Technology,” “Lincoln Laboratory” or any variation, adaptation, or abbreviation thereof, or of any of its trustees, officers, faculty, students, employees, or agents, or any trademark owned by MIT, or any terms of the MIT Agreement in any promotional material or other public announcement or disclosure.

  • SIIL shall have the sole right to prepare, file, prosecute and maintain SIIL Patents at SIIL’s costs and expense.
