None of the employees of TAV, CDI and SIID (i) render personal and subordinated services to J&S Audiovisual Mexico and (ii) are or will be deemed to be employees of J&S Audiovisual Mexico, (iii) receive salary or any other compensation from J&S Audiovisual Mexico and (iv) are linked in any manner with J&S Audiovisual Mexico other than by the customer-service provider commercial relationship between J&S Audiovisual Mexico and TAV, CDI, and SIID, respectively.
No company other than SIID has directly provided personnel to J&S Audiovisual Mexico.
