Signing Report’ definition
Signing Report’ means the report produced by the Buyer and E&Y as amended and restated and finally agreed in accordance with this Schedule 6 comprising: the Signing Balance Sheet, the Group Reorganisation Statement and the Regulatory Capital Statement; and ‘Trading Day’ means a day which is not Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Saturday or Sunday.
