Significant Tenant definition

Significant Tenant means any Tenant occupying space equal to twenty percent (20%) or more of the rentable square footage of any Property.
Significant Tenant means any Tenant under a Lease which, either individually, or when taken together with any other Lease with such Tenant or its Affiliates: (i) covers more than 2,500 square feet at the Property; or (ii) constitutes more than 10% of the total annual Rents.
Significant Tenant means Envestnet or any tenant under a lease which, either individually, or when taken together with any other lease with such tenant or its affiliates (i) covers more than 17,000 square feet at the 1000 Chesterbrook Property or (ii) constitutes more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total annual rents.

Significant Tenant means any Tenant occupying 5,000 square feet or more.
Significant Tenant means a Tenant under a Significant Lease.
Significant Tenant means a Person (including Affiliates of that Person) that is (i) the lessee of Real Property owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary or (ii) a department store that is the occupant of Real Property forming part of a shopping center owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary but which Real Property is owned by a Person or Persons other than the Borrower or any Subsidiary, in any case if the aggregate of the net rentable area leased by such Person and the gross floor area of department store space occupied by such Person, is in excess of 150,000 square feet.
