Significant Failure definition

Significant Failure. As defined in Section 5.01(a) hereof.
Significant Failure means a failure that prevents Train movement or causes a delay to service greater than five (5) minutes.
Significant Failure has the meaning set forth in Schedule 5.5(b).

Examples of Significant Failure in a sentence

  • Supplier shall promptly provide its findings regarding the root cause of each Significant Failure and Epidemic Failure.

  • If there is a Significant Failure during this trial period, then the 30 day trial period will begin again at the time of discovery of the significant failure.

  • The Party that detects a possible Significant Failure or Epidemic Failure shall promptly notify the other party in writing and shall provide, if known and as may then exist, a description of the Significant Failure or Epidemic Failure, as well as the suspected lot numbers, serial numbers or other identifiers, and delivery dates, of the Products affected by the Significant Failure or Epidemic Failure.

  • For any confirmed Significant Failure or Epidemic Failure, Customer shall provide Supplier with its proposed Action Plan.

  • If the Parties disagree on the root cause of any Significant Failure or Epidemic Failure, either Party may engage a neutral third party to conduct the root cause investigation.

  • Phase 7 will be successfully completed if the System fully operates for thirty (30) continuous days without a Significant Failure.

  • In the event that the failure that is the subject of the Customer Notice is not a Significant Failure, the time period in clause (i) above shall be sixty (60) days.

  • InterDealer may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ if such notice is delivered within a ninety (90) day period following an occurrence of a Significant Failure to Pay License Fees as defined below.

More Definitions of Significant Failure

Significant Failure means any one or more of the following: a breach of the security requirements of the Supply Contract which resulted in a person being in a position to commit an act which has the potential to have a significant adverse impact on the business, operations or reputation of the Customer; any other breach of the Supply Contract by the Supplier which has a significant adverse impact on a critical part of the business or operations of the Customer; and any failures specified as a 'significant failure' in the Contract Specific Requirements. Site means the Customer’s offices or other Customer-controlled locations stated in the Order Documents to which a Deliverable is to be delivered and/or at which a Deliverable is to be installed. SMEPP means the Small and Medium Enterprise Participation Plan referred to in clause 23.2. State means the State of New South Wales.
Significant Failure means any defect that impacts the functionality of the System or equipment resulting in the inability of any camera to capture automated speed enforcement system violations for more than 48 hours or the loss of any information or data.
Significant Failure means any defect that impacts the full functionality of the System or equipment, resulting in loss of information (including basic monitoring), data or an inconvenience to the Authority for a duration period in excess of one (1) hour.
Significant Failure means any defect that impacts the functionality of the System or equipment resulting in the inability to conduct an Auction.
