Signatory Details definition
Signatory Details means the name, QID number, mobile number and email address of the Authorised Signatory. “Tax”means any government tax, imposition, charge, duty, levy or assessment (including income taxes, VAT, excise, withholding, intangible, and gross receipts taxes) together with interest and penalties. Any taxes due in the Beneficiary’s country is accepted to be collected from the Employee. “Transaction”means the delivery of funds to a Beneficiary by Commercial Bank in accordance with the instructions of the Employer.
