Signatory Contractor definition

Signatory Contractor means an ODOT Contractor and any Subcontractor that has executed and is directly party to a CBA.
Signatory Contractor means any Contractor who is a signatory to an existing Master Labor Agreement with a Union signatory to this Agreement. All other Contractors are considered “Non-signatory Contractors.”

  • Effective July 07, 2022, language was added to Article IX, All company owners and or owner/operators shall comply with Article IX (Signatory Contractor Requirements), Article XIV (Hiring Procedures), all applicable Appendices, and all other terms and conditions of the INL Site Stabilization Agreement.

  • Communication with Signatory Contractor before visiting is recommended for non-construction related projects.

  • If lodging only is provided by the Signatory Contractor, and the jobsite is on the primary Alaska road system (including Southcentral AK to the Fairbanks area) then a flat rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day will be paid for each actual day spent at the jobsite locality.

  • Notwithstanding Section 4.6(a), Signatory Contractor to one or more of the Schedule A Agreements are required to pay all of the wages set forth in such Agreements.

  • If the Signatory Contractor fails to timely select one of the two options, the Signatory Contractor shall be deemed to have selected option (b).

  • Notwithstanding Section 4.6(a), Signatory Contractor to one or more of the Schedule A Agreements are required to make all contributions set forth in those Schedule A Agreements without reference to the forgoing.

  • It is further agreed that should an Independent Signatory Contractor desire to serve this Trust then the Management Trustees numbers shall be increased by two (2), one (1) as the Independent Contractor and one (1) from the Association, Union Trustees shall be adjusted to equal the total number from management.
