Signals Infrastructure. The Network Train Control Centre in Wellington, all signalling, level crossing alarm, signalling power supplies, and related systems and equipment, including: (a) signalling equipment (including all such equipment in signal and location boxes and equipment rooms, all such boxes and rooms, and all other containers, locks and other items used to store and secure signalling equipment); (b) aerial pole lines for signalling power, signalling circuits, and telecommunications; (c) electrical and electronic signalling and interlocking; (d) half arm barriers, warning devices, and systems at level crossings; (e) standby power supplies for signalling equipment; (f) signalling power supply distribution systems, cables, and lines; (g) cables for signalling purposes and for power supplies to signalling installations and telecommunications, where fed off signalling power distribution systems; (h) notice boards erected for signalling (including boards mounted on level crossing alarm standards); (i) detection devices, including dragging equipment and rail temperature sensing equipment; (j) points machines and interlocked mechanical points equipment; (k) signals structures, including all signals masts and heads; (l) AVI/CIMW vehicle detection and in motion weighing installations, including all associated hardware and modems; and (m) trackside monitors and related alert systems including heat sensors, dragging equipment detectors, over gauge load detectors, and flood detectors.
