Signalised Intersection definition
Signalised Intersection means the works described in Schedule 1 of this Agreement including the provision of a signals upgrade with new phasing to be undertaken at the intersection of Mickleham Road and Western Avenue/Rylandes Drive to maintain the through capacity of Mickleham Road. Schedule means the schedule to this Agreement. Statement of Compliance means a statement of compliance issued by Council under the Subject Land means the land situated at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ being the land referred to in certificate of title volume 11379 folio 866 and any reference to the Subject Land includes any lot created by the subdivision of the Subject Land or any part of it.
