Signal Services definition

Signal Services means the transmission by Cablevision from one or more of its Headends of the signals of one or more programming services (including broadcast television signals) to the acquirer of the TCI and Systems Assets, subject to Cablevision’s and such acquirer’s having the necessary licenses or other authorizations tore-transmit such programming service(s).
