Signage Zone definition
Signage Zone means an area at or near the entranceway to the Exclusive Area, as determined by the Landlord, in which the Tenant’s signage must be installed;

If a No Access Store, at any time, maintains one or more other manufacturers’ Exterior Cigarette Signs in the selling window, then such No Access Store must display one PM USA Exterior Cigarette Sign in the uppermost outside corner of the PM USA Signage Zone.
Nothing may be placed on top of any Fixture containing the PM USA Portion, except one or more PM USA Cigarette Signs in the PM USA Signage Zone.
Only PM USA Cigarette Signs may be attached to the front selling window of a No Access Store in the PM USA Signage Zone.
