The Agency staff may propose changes to the Streetscape Plan and the Signage Plan that do not conflict with the Redevelopment Requirements.
The Agency staff shall complete its review and consideration on the Streetscape Plan and the Signage Plan within ninety (90) days after Developer’s submittal of such Streetscape Plan and Signage Plan.

All signage will comply with the Sign Ordinance except as modified by this Agreement or the approved Master Signage Plan.
Developer will submit a Master Signage Plan for approval by City Council prior to construction of any signage structure or sign within the project.
The Owner may, at its sole discretion, correct, replace or remove any sign that is installed without written approval and/or that is deemed not to be in conformance with the plans as submitted and with the Carmel Center Signage Plan.
The Parties intend that the Signage Plan will relate to the Shipyard Site and the Candlestick Site, respectively, and create integration and conformity of the building signage as described in the Signage Plan.
