Sign, snipe definition

Sign, snipe means any Sign illegally painted, pasted, or otherwise affixed to any tree, rock, utility pole, hydrant, bridge, sidewalk, parkway, curb, street bench, or trash receptacle that directs attention to a business, commodity, service, or entertainment that is offered off the premises.
Sign, snipe means a temporary sign or poster affixed to a tree, fence, telephone pole, public bench, streetlight, public property, or public right-of-way, except government signs.
