SIG Party-Defined Device definition
SIG Party-Defined Device means, with respect to any SIG Party, any Device developed by or on behalf of such SIG Party (it being understood, for the avoidance of doubt, that a Sprint PLS Pre-Approved Handset is not a “SIG Party-Defined Device” for purposes of this Agreement.
