SIEFORES means Sociedades de Inversión Especializada en Fondos para el Retiro, the investment firms specialized in retirement funds, established pursuant to the Borrower’s Law of the Retirement Savings Systems published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on May 23, 1996.
