  • Vendor shall assign and pass through to Sidra any third party warranties and indemnities where it is possible to do so.

  • The Synchro and Sidra analysis will be used to further refine the improvements and assist in evaluating the overall improvements to the transportation system.

  • Sidra reserves the right to withhold payment for delivery of any Deliverable which is not in accordance with the agreed scope of work or specification.

  • Any payment made, or approved, by Sidra, shall not be deemed as acceptance of the Deliverable, and shall not be considered to relieve the Vendor from any liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the performance of the Vendor's obligations this PO and Conditions.
