Application for, assignation of and the possible use of a domain name and/or IP address depend on and are subject to the applicable rules and regulations of the registration authorities concerned, including the Foundation for Internet Domain Registration in the Netherlands (Stichting Internet Domeinregistratie Nederland, SIDN) and European IP Networks (Réseaux IP Européens, RIPE).
In accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 4 of the SIDN Terms and Conditions the customer in such a case is to appoint a contact domiciled in Netherlands.
