The Contractor shall provide Sideyard Service at no additional cost to any Occupant who requests the service and who has submitted the requisite documentation confirming their eligibility pursuant to Section 7.4.1. Compensation to the Contractor for provision of this service is included in the Solid Waste Rates, and Contractor shall provide this service at no additional charge.
