Sidesperson definition

Sidesperson means a person appointed in terms of Canon 29(9).

Examples of Sidesperson in a sentence

  • When either party requests that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, such request shall be made in writing, within the time limits, specified in Article 4.3(3) or 4.5(4), addressed to the other party and at the same time nominating a Sidesperson.

  • Within fourteen (14) calendar days thereafter, the Union or the Employer, as the case may be, shall nominate its Sidesperson.

  • Within ten (10) working days thereafter, the Union or the Employer, as the case may be, shall nominate its Sidesperson.
