Sidepath definition

Sidepath means a multi-use path or greenway trail located adjacent to a roadway. For the purpose of this Agreement, all sidepaths shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide, built with concrete, and adhere to AASHTO or NACTO standards for multi-use paths.
