Sideline Store definition
Sideline Store means an internet website designed, created, hosted, and maintained by Lids Team Sports pursuant to a Sideline Store Agreement to enable Institutions to sell LTS Products via the internet to Consumers for delivery in the United States and other agreed-upon areas. Sideline Stores to include all event and promotional website stores.
