Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];
Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.
Pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, nonflowing hazardous waste that is used for treatment or storage and that is not a containment building.
Renovate means to restore to good condition or to repair.
Total suspended particulate means particulate matter as measured by the method described in 40 CFR 50, Appendix B.
Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.
Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
Secured Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access. Secured Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel.
Duplex means a building comprising, by horizontal division, two dwelling units, each of which has a separate entrance to grade;
Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.
Footprint means the track width multiplied by the wheelbase as stated in the certificate of conformity and defined in sections 2.1 and 2.3 of Annex I to Directive 2007/46/EC;
Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.
Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.
Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;
