Side Roads definition

Side Roads means the roads described under the heading Side Roads in Appendix D to Part 2 of Schedule 2 (New Works Requirements) and all other public roads, cycle-paths, footpaths and footways within the Sites under the authority of the relevant Councils as Local Roads Authorities; companies whose main business is providing operations the same as or similar to the Operations; Structure 105 or M8 M73 ▇▇▇ "▇▇▇▇" means the Rutherglen to Coatbridge railway bridge over the M8 motorway to be constructed as part of the New Works;
