By January 1, 1994, the Borrower shall: (a) appoint a representative from the Borrower’s Ministry of Health and Medical Services to the SICHE Council; and (b) create as a committee of the SICHE Council a nurse advisory committee, with membership and terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, to review, on an annual basis, the training needs and skills of the different categories of nurses, and thereafter, advise SICHE accordingly.
