SIAP definition

SIAP means the city-wide slum improvement action plan in a Participating City/District;
SIAP means the budget administration system set forth in the Borrower’s document entitled “Informe de Finanzas Públicas Proyecto ▇▇ ▇▇▇ de Presupuestos del Sector Público para el año 2006”, dated September 2005.
