S&I Charges definition

S&I Charges means the shipping and insurance charges related to an order of NF Products on the NF Website.

Examples of S&I Charges in a sentence

  • The NF Share and the S&I Charges shall be payable by SPY to NO FEAR as provided in this Section 3.10.

  • For example, on October 15, 2004, SPY shall pay to NO FEAR the NF Share (and related S&I Charges) relating to the NF Web Products that were shipped during the period from September 16, 2004 through September 30, 2004, and on October 31, 2004, SPY shall pay to NO FEAR the NF Share (and related S&I Charges) relating to the NF Web Products that were shipped during the period from October 1, 2004 through October 15, 2004.
