Shuttle Tanker definition

Shuttle Tanker means any vessel equipped with a Dynamic Positioning (DP) System and a Bow Loading System (BLS) pursuant to Annex I (Basic Requirements for Dynamically Positioned Shuttle Tankers) or, when requested by any Party and approved by the Production Operator, any other vessel with a floating system equipped with an equivalent dynamic positioning (class notation DP-2) and loading system capable of performing tandem offloading without changes to the FPSO offloading system.
Shuttle Tanker means an LNG carrier vessel nominated by Customer to unload LNG the Vessel which shall be in all respects compatible with the Vessel and have valid OCIMF SIRE report less than twelve (12) months old, be in compliance with applicable Laws and which is subject to the Conditions of Use and Contractor's rights of inspection and approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld; "Shuttle Tanker Loading Reference Conditions" has the meaning ascribed in Schedule VII;
