Shuffled and “Shuffling” have their correlative meanings.
Shuffled and "Shuffling" means the recombination and/or rearrangement and/or mutation of genetic material for the creation of genetic diversity using intellectual property and/or tangible property owned or Controlled by MAXYGEN;
Shuffled and "Shuffling", shall mean: the recombination and/or rearrangement and/or mutation of genetic material for the creation of genetic diversity;
