SHRP Technology definition
SHRP Technology means the technology and intellectual property used in providing the products and services offered by SHRP, including computer software, programs, connectors, websites, networks, and equipment. SHRP Technology does not include third-party applications or other software programs and technology provided or made available to Customer by third parties.

The HRLive Platform, which is powered by the SHRP Technology and other SHRP proprietary technology, provides a cloud-based human resources (“HR”) platform for small and medium sized busi- ness (both public and private) in Ontario and across Canada to manage all of their business’ HR needs (the “Ser- vices”).
SHRP Technology (including any third-party support software) and the HRLive Plat- form are owned by SHRP or applicable third-party licensors and suppliers and is subject to these Terms and Condi- tions.
