Examples of SHRP in a sentence

  • Customer will not be entitled to any refunds of any payments to SHRP, pro rata or otherwise.

  • Upon such cancellation, Customer shall pay to SHRP all undisputed amounts due and payable hereunder, if any.

  • SHRP represents and warrants that it shall not use the Usage Data for any other purpose other than the Usage Data Purpose.

  • These Terms and Conditions are Customer’s instructions for storing Customer Data, and SHRP shall not process Customer Data for any other purpose.

  • SHRP shall communicate announcements of general interest by email or by posting on its Website.
