SHPD definition

SHPD has the meaning set forth in Section 26.2.2 of this Lease.“State” means the State of Hawai‘i.
SHPD means the State of Hawaii Historic Preservation Division or any successor agency.

  • Any comments received by the City from consulting parties within thirty (30) days of receipt of the draft scope of work will be considered by the City in developing a final scope of work in consultation with the SHPD.
