SHP TECHNOLOGY as used herein shall mean any patentable or unpatentable inventions, ideas, discoveries, improvements, design rights, semiconductor mask works, works of authorship, copyrights, trade secrets, know how, technical data, designs, plans, specifications, methods, processes, systems, clinical data, and any equivalents thereof, that are applicable to the FIELD and owned by or assigned to SHP.
