Showcase definition

Showcase and/or “Industry Showcase” shall mean the online exhibition section of the Event.
Showcase means the web page on the Platform that lists all available listings of Precious Articles;
Showcase means the SAGE Showcase™, an annual traveling show service for the promotional products industry provided by QTI. “QTI Marks” means the various trademarks and service marks used by QTI, including without limitation “SAGE” and “SAGE Showcase.” “Exhibitor Marks” means (i) Exhibitor’s company name, line name, logos, and other identifying and contact information; and (ii) photographs of Exhibitor’s booth, personnel, and products. “Visitor Data” means any contact information made available to Exhibitors by QTI that is collected from Showcase attendees. “Proprietary Information” means (i) QTI’s confiden- tial business information; (ii) the Visitor Data; (iii) ideas, comments, feedback, and suggestions related to the Showcase, any other products or services of QTI, or QTI’s business; and (iv) any derivative works of the foregoing.

  • Exhibitor remains solely responsible for the safety of its property at all times during transit to and from the Exhibitor Showcase and within the Showcase.

  • No exhibitor will be permitted to display or distribute literature, souvenirs or any promotion outside the confines of the assigned booth space in the Exhibitor Showcase without written approval from Show Management.

  • Product release in Gifts 2 Go and Artisans’ Showcase, where juried product may be sold on a daily basis, will be allowed.

  • Showcase hereby represents and warrants that it is a Corporation in good standing and it shall use its best, reasonable efforts to market, sell and otherwise exploit the Picture, including obtaining so called “theatrical deals” whenever possible, in accordance with its best business practices and shall endeavor to achieve maximum sales and results on behalf of the Producer, in full consultation therewith.

  • Producer’s rights in the event of any breach or purported breach by Showcase shall be limited to an action at law for damages.

  • Producer will timely deliver to Showcase within three (3) months (or give Showcase lab access, as applicable) all technically correct film and television elements and appropriate documentation and publicity materials as are necessary for Showcase to make delivery of the Picture to all of its licensees in accordance with standard industry practice.
