Examples of Show Home in a sentence
Permit any advertisement, sign or hoarding of a commercial nature (excluding a professionally made “For Sale” sign) to be erected on any part of the property or dwelling, including any sign indicating that the dwelling is a Show Home, PROVIDED THAT under no circumstances shall any signage be affixed to any of the decorative fences referred to in clause 1.9.
The Design Guidelines Performance Fee, less any earned interest, shall be returned to the Builder upon the City’s consultant confirming that the Show Home has been constructed in accordance with the Design Guidelines and the final lot grading approval for the Sale Land has been obtained.

Provided further, notwithstanding a forfeiture of the Show Home Performance Fee by the Builder, nothing herein shall preclude the City from exercising any other right, pursuing any other remedy or maintaining any action to which the City may otherwise be entitled either at law or in equity, with respect to the enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
