If a West Slope Governmental Entity acquires the Shoshone Assets, the Shoshone Call relaxation provisions described in Section VI.E below, shall remain permanently in effect.
Any relaxation of the Shoshone Call after March 14 of any given year shall occur only as provided in the 2007 Shoshone Agreement.
