If Executive dies on or after the date of Executive’s termination or resignation and prior to the Short-Term Deferral Date, any amount delayed pursuant to this Section 9(a) shall be paid to Executive’s estate or beneficiary, as applicable, together with interest, within 30 days following the date of Executive’s death.

All amounts payable to Executive under this Section 3(e) shall be reimbursed as soon as practicable after Executive incurs such expense and submits documentation thereof (which shall be submitted within ninety (90) days of the incurrence of the expense), but, to the extent taxable income to Executive, in no event later than the Short-Term Deferral Date.
