Short listing definition

Short listing or “short-listed” means the narrowing of the field of potential design-builders through the selection of the most qualified design-builders who have responded to an RFQ.
Short listing means the short-listing of bidders from the list of pre- qualified bidders in accordance with the pre-qualification documents issued by the procuring entity under sub-section (4) of section 97 that set out the terms and conditions of the short-listing process;
