Examples of Short Form Evaluation in a sentence

  • Short Form Evaluation: A certificated employee with four (4) consecutive years of satisfactory evaluation in each criteria area may request short form status for any full year.

  • Definition: Short Form Evaluation may occur for any employee who has been employed by the District for four (4) years with satisfactory evaluations.

  • Employees using the Short Form Evaluation shall be evaluated one (1) time per year.
