Short Form Application definition

Short Form Application means the application requirements and procedures that are to be followed by applicants located within an area for which the total apportionment under 3 AAC 134.050(a) and (c) together is less than the long-form threshold value;
Short Form Application or “Short Form” means a streamlined version of the full permit application
