Short-dated definition

Short-dated means, with respect to the Initial Inventory, inventory having a remaining shelf life as of the Effective Date of less than twelve months.
Short-dated means, in respect of Products, having an expiry date or (if there is no stated expiry date), a remaining shelf life that is less than twelve (12) months upon delivery;
Short-dated means, with respect to Inventory, Inventory having a remaining shelf life as of the Inception Date of less than six months.
