Shore Based Facilities definition
Shore Based Facilities means onshore support facilities that during drilling, development, maintenance and producing operations provide such services to the Joint Property as receiving and transshipment point for supplies, materials and equipment; debarkation point for drilling and production personnel and services; communication, scheduling and dispatching center; and other associated functions benefiting the Joint Property.
